About Chelsea History

Purpose

Chelsea History is a source-led archive connecting the club’s seasons, managers, players, honours and defining events. It is a durable historical reference rather than a live-news service.

Editorial responsibility

Scope and review

The archive covers Chelsea’s men’s first team from formation through the completed 2025–26 season. Every page is maintained with close attention to its calculations, links and page-specific editorial record; cited sources and a public change log remain reviewable.

Routine season, manager and player records are consolidated into substantial archive hubs. Standalone pages are reserved for landmark subjects with deeper original analysis.

Independence and funding

The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Chelsea Football Club. The official crest, sponsor marks and copyrighted kit artwork are not reproduced.

This local edition contains no advertising, analytics, subscriptions or sponsored editorial content.
